Performed renaming a user with a cross certify. The process was successful. But now when replying to the user in Verse, an error comes out, although the mail is delivered:
Can you confirm if after rename the old name was added in the alias in the person document? Are you able to send new email. Please do load updall -R names.nsf on both directory server and the cross certify server to update the view. Kindly let us know the result.
In the third screenshot from names.nsf you can see that the old name is there. The commands have been executed and the server restarted. The emails reach the user, but each time we see this error in Verse.
