You cannot access portions.... missing Prompt for location at startup

When starting Notes, the user gets “You cannot access portions of this document….” and gets thrown out of the program.On the computer we have two or more users with their own locationdocument.

In some cases, I suspect the single-signon feature to mess it up, but I don’t know. I have marked “prompt for location” and notes.ini says PromptForLocation=1.

The only way for me to get around this, is to delete the “location-part” in Notes.ini

Location=xx,5E9E,CN=xx/OU=xx/O=xx and then the user can choose his/her location.

But this is not a good solution, because it generates a lot of calls to our Helpdesk…

Is there anything else I could try out to solve this problem?

Have you checked the local names.nsf for account documents ?Are there any available for specific locations only ?

Account parts of the documents are encrypted with the ID of the user who created them.
