You are not autorized to recover this ID File

We have implemented the recovery password before recertify all user ID and migrate to 8.0.1.

To test it:

  • 3 RA

  • 6 caracter to recover password

  • 1 recovery authority required

From the client side:

We could check that the Recovery Authority list contain the good name. We could send a mail to the correct mail file.

From the Admin Client with the Recovry authority user ID:

  • We open the configuration/Tolls/Certification/Extract Recovery Password.

  • Enter the RA id password

  • Select the ID file that the user send before by mail

  • We received the error message " You are not authorized to recorver this ID File"…

We try on different user same error !!!

What wrong ?

Subject: We use the Backup ID file from the mail in database

→ No we have test with the encrypted ID backups that we received in the Mailin DB–> We also try with the original ID from the client workstation.

The error message still there

I try with the ID from the RecoveryIDMailDB and with the ID that we send from the Client Workstation with the Recovery option at the startup…Same things
