"You are not authorized to access this view" error message

Dear Sir/Madam,

due to severe performance and stability problems I applied CCH3 for Lotus Notes 8.0.2. Stability and performance have improved, but no I keep getting the error message “Your are not authorized to access this view”.

This happens intermittently when using the “New Memo” function or when trying to create new calendar entries.

There are no agents or whatsoever running on my personal mail database.

Has anybody experienced this behaviour before ?

Any hint is highly appreciated.

Subject: Database Issue

Have you tried the same thing with your ID from an R7 workstation? It may be a database issue as opposed to a client issue, you should try to reproduce this on another workstation (R7 build) to narrow this down.
