We use openWYSIWYG here. Its open source and their web site is reasonably useful. I think Coexedit requires some sort of licence from memory.

I have tried OpenWysiwyg but it’s only for database use on the web, isn’t it ? When I create a document on web, it’s OK, but when I see it on Lotus Notes, I see some HTML code.

If you need to edit the same rich text in both the browser AND the Notes client, and you want to maintain fidelity (images, etc., stay where they belong), then COEXEdit! is the ONLY choice you have. If the editor itself is the problem, you can always substitute a different editor – like TinyMCE or Xinha – for the default FCKEdit.
