I've experienced a strange thing in my Designer Client on a Windows machine. It stumbly stamps a wrong time after I save a design element, such as a view, a form, or a script library, etc. The time stamp, 04:34:28 PM, was completely different from my computer system clock 12:13 PM, as snagged below.
Any idea of what's wrong to my Notes Client? Thanks in advance and a great day!
If the design element is local, it should show time as your machine. If the design element is on a domino server , i guess the time of save should be from server machine. If your local machine is running the server, it should again match your machine time. In case the server is external, worth checking the time zones on server machine and client machine.

Check the Notes Client machine Timezone and see whether everything is correct.
Also check by restarting the OS and see whether you notice the same behavior or different.
Check DST and DSTLAW parameters in Notes.ini of Notes Designer.
Thanks for yours, Sudhakar! I did restart the OS a couple of times before my posting. In my Notes.ini DST (DST=1) and DSTLAW (DSTLAW=3,2,1,11,1,1) are correct. Have a great day!
