Windows Phone 8.1 Native Build grayed out for Kony Reference Architecture apps

When I create a Free Form app, then I am able to build the Windows Phone 8.1 Native, but when I create a reference architecture app, the Native is grayed out.

Do I miss anything?

My machine is Windows 10 with Visual Studio 2015 CE.

This is checked with KonyVizEWS 8.3.0 (from downloads) and KonyVizEWS 8.3.16 (after the latest updates)

Kony Reference architecture is not supported for Windows Phone 8.1 Native Channel.

Similarly, Windows desktop(Kiosk) doesn't support Kony Reference Architecture.

That is why, build check boxes are grayed out for these channel.
