Hi, I am trying to run Visualizer Enterprise 7.2.1 on a Mac and it fails to startup. Does anyone know how to make Visualizer 7.2.1 Enterprise run on a Mac?

If you are on MacOS Mojave and seeing white screen on launch of Visualizer Enterprise 7.2.1,
You will need to upgrade your visualizer to latest hotfix as Mojave had broken compatibility with one of the thirdparty dependency(Chromiun Embedded Framework) that Visualizer uses.
To take the latest hotfixes of 7.2.1 on your setup, use below updatesite.
MacOS : http://download.kony.com/studio/70/hotfixmacsite.xml
First time adding this site might take upto 20-25 minutes. After site is loaded and you see all the grouped plugins,
Uncheck show only latest versions checkbox so that you can see 7.2.1 plugins.
we would suggest you take all the latest hotfixes of 7.2.1 plugins from all the groups. Once updated, restart Visualizer and issue would be resolved.
Hi @Bewnvdette Hvwwis , Please consume the latest 7.2.1 plugins to resolve the issue.
Steps, to get the latest 7.2.1 plugins.
1) From Help -> Install new software window, please use the below URL for Mac machine:
http://download.kony.com/studio/70/hotfixmacsite.xml
2) Uncheck the Show only latest plugins check box from the plugins window.
3) In the Search box, type 7.2.1 so that, you can see only 7.2.1 plugins list.
4) Select all the 7.2.1 latest plugins and click finish button to get the latest plugins.
