Is it possible to use a Wildcard Certificate on a Sametime Meeeting Server V11?

Yes on both Sametime 11.5 and 11.6 (and IF1).

I have done it 3 times in GKE and once in AWS but have not configured it for on-prem K8s or Docker.

Where are you running meetings? I can check for doc, let me know.
