This is just a question and is of no great importance. I'm just curious. When I right click in my inbox, I have an Advanced Properties option and then I select PROFILE DOCUMENTS. I have 63 of them and some of them have the same profile name. Other colleagues have much less. Do I need all of these? Do dupes slow my mailbox down? How many profile documents do you have in your mail box?

If you're talking about the multiple "devprofile", this means that this user profile is using multiple devices. devprofile is about device configuration of that specific user.
As for "dips" profile, this is inotes recent contacts.

Yeah, I just wasn't sure if having so many could complicate the Notes client or cause issues. I also have 8 secprofile profiles.

This will not complicate the notes client nor create any issues. Those 8sec profile is hand in hand with 8 dev profiles. every Device Profiles have its own Security Profiles.
