I think you should be more specific - Notes is capable of rendering several types of images.

The user has a corrupt perweb.nsf database on their workstation. Remove that database, restart the client open another HTML based e-mail.

It doesn’t. You might want to look at the proxy server setting on your Location document (Basics tab).

We dont have Proxy Server so the proxy settings on the Notes Location document is currently blank which i thought would allow images.
As for details, When user received an email with images its just displays blank squares with red X in them which seems to work of few people but few users it doesnt, we are running on one server ans same version onf client.

The fact that it’s working for some and not others should tell you that’s it’s the local settings that are the problem.

I attempted to reinstall the client on one of the workstation and still doesnt seem to work. Is there anything in specific that i should be looking at?

This sounds like the old problem of the preferences for incoming mail for the affected users not being set correctly. I’d start with “Keep in senders’ format” and if that doesn’t work try “Prefers MIME”

Checked Person Document on the Domino Directory all the users, i found it as Format preference for incoming mail: Keep in senders’ formatthanks for all your responses. I didnt search the database before asking and some of the responses were already things i had attempted prior to posting.
