Why don't FRAMESETS support the HTML Head attribute?

I want to use the “HTML Head Content” attribute to use meta tags. Why is this feature missing from framesets?

Oh me oh my… I really like to use native Domino functions where I can, but I guess I’ll have to build my own framesets via HTML in a page.

BTW, I wouldn’t need this if FORM was a launch option.

I can’t believe that as of Notes 8 framesets still don’t support head attributes, such as meta tags!
