Why can't Java agent "see" classes in Script Library? "cannot resolve symbol"

Hello,

I’ve changed companies and am using Notes 7, up from 6.5. I’ve created several classes in my Domino Designer Script Library. Java agents that I write can’t “see” these classes and return the compiler error “cannot resolve symbol” when I reference the classes.

This is all proven code that worked fine under 6.5 at another company. Does anyone know what could be going on?

Do you have a correct ‘import’ statement at the top of the agent?

Hello,

Thanks for your response. I don’t believe I need an import statement for a class defined in the Script Library. When I add an import statement I get an error like “package MultiRunLog does not exist”.

And I’m sure I never supplied an import statement to reference classes created in the Script Library under v6.5 at my old company.

Any ideas…?

I forgot to include the shared java library by clicking the “Edit Project” button. Now it works fine.
