Everytime I start the domino server this comes up!!! The number of DB varies…The server shuts down nicely. It does not crash. I do not understand why this is coming up. FIXUP finds no problems???

I have noticed this too…I actually got it right after running fixup from the command line on all databases with the server down.
Subject: I have even seen this on a server w/ Trans Logging enabled.
