It’s open source and free for non-commercial use. We, the original developers, find it addictive, so if our bosses agreed to make it freely available why not tell everybody?
Databases, LS files and a not quite perfect help database available at http://www.infobest.de/produkte. (So if you find something fishy in the help database, ask, if things don’t want to work properly.)
Although the site is in German, the help database and the comments in code are all English.
You find pretty much everything you need to know documented in the help database - from installation to creating your first hello world-like app.
For more info, just ask (either on the web site or in this forum).
