i’ve installed two domino servers in windows 2003 Server (installed by the same CD media and the same configuration). one can send encrypted mail in inotes, the other one can’t send it. the error code is "Mail encryption failed for these recipients because their Notes certificates could not be found, but the both server can send encrypted mail with Notes clients and user can read the encrypted mail in inotes. i’m not sure which cause this problem? Is there wrong configuration/ installation in MS 2003 Server or Lotus Domino Server configuration error?

Are you replicating the addressbook between the two servers so that certificates are in both? Does this happen only for specific users trying to send mail? Check server security settings.
It does not sound like a Win2003 error. It is a Domino error.
