You can download it from Flexnet, under the category "HCL Domino Messaging Collaboration Express v9.0.1".

And then look for "HCL Notes, Domino Designer and Admin V9.0.1 for Windows" from the list.

IBM provided downloads for Lotus Notes Client, Admin, and Designer versions through their IBM Passport Advantage website. You could access these downloads used drone with high resolution camera if you had a valid license and login credentials. However, the availability of specific versions might have changed since then.
