Where is ispy configured and how to turn it off?

This may be a stupid question, but we are stumped…

iSpy is running on our servers, but we don’t knot how to turn it off…

There is no entry (runjava ispy) in NOTES.INI
Neither in Names.nsf, server configuration
events4.nsf does not contain any references either (or I am looking in the wrong places)

Where else should I look?

Not sure if I am off. But you may find an answer here:

The entry in notes.ini is different from what you have mentioned.
