I need a description of all the the properties/doc items a calendar item in Notes can have.Where do I find this?
backgroud:
I want to create a repeating in Notes with a VB application.
Creating a single appointment works.
And I can create a recurring appointment, which is then displayed in Notes.
But when I modify that item in notes and want to save it, Notes dispalys a message:
“the maximum number of repeat instances has been reached…”
although there are only e.g. 2 occurrences.
So I have probably not filled in all document properties.
May be the problem is I cannot fill in the property $REF.
I can only add this as text but then notes cannot display that item at all.
Anyone an idea how I can add the $REF property as NOTESREF type in VB, VBS or VB.net?
thank you

Thanks for the info.Well, that is what I was looking for.
Unfortunately the description is a bit short.
So, I still did not succeed to create a proper repeating appointment, that notes can display and the user can edit.
Do I have to create all instances or is it enough to create only the parent document with all repeating info?
I can create a repeating appointment, but when I open (in Notes) that appointment and save it, Notes “says” ‘the maximum number of repeat instances has been reached’, although this is set to 0 or 1, and an end date is used, and “RepeatHow” is set to “U” (=until). So, why this error box? What could be wrong here?
When I modify in Notes e.g. the subject of that appointment, now notes “says”: Error: An error occurred while saving: Note item not found’. What does this mean? How to solve this?
Thank you.
