Where can I get eclipse.ini file in Quantum v9.0.5 installation folder in windows system ?
Wanted to add few permissions in it. But its missing in installation folders.
Please assist.
Please provide requested details ASAP.
@Avmiw Rutledge ,
Visualizer V9 doesn't need eclipse.ini file as it is not an Eclipse based IDE anymore.
May I know what permissions you wanted to add and for what specific functionality? Visualizer V9 works purely on Node-Webkit and doesn't need Eclipse anymore.
Due to office n/w restrictions, we cannot connect directly to kony cloud through Kony Visualizer. For that purpose, we were adding proxy ip and other user details in eclipse.ini file to connect Kony cloud til v8.x.
Since, from v9 onwards, there is no exclipse.ini file, so how can we configure proxy (available in .pac file) in visualizer v9 to login ?
Note : We donot have a specific proxy ip to configure. But, we have .pac file which has proxy details.
Thanks,
@Avmiw Rutledge ,
Any version of Visualizer does not support Proxy environments with .pac file. You will need to ask your ITS team to provide server IP and port and credentials through which you can connect.
We only support Manual proxy configuration via Visualizer.

We have tried with setting manual proxy IP under Edit>Preferences>>Proxy Settings in Quantum v9, but its not connecting. However, we have tried same in Kony v8.2.x, wherein it works fine. Only additional step we have done in v8.2.x is setting proxy IP manually in eclipse.ini file.
Please suggest.
@Avmiw Rutledge ,
In V9, Only place that proxy needs to be configured is in Preferences.
