Open up Excel* Select ‘Tools’ from the top menu bar, then select ‘Macro’ and then ‘Visual Basic Editor’
When the Visual Basic Editor has opened select ‘Help’ from the top menu bar then select ‘Microsoft Visual Basic Help’
From the list of Help options select ‘Microsoft Excel Visual Basic Reference’
From there you can view the Excel Objects, Methods & Properties.

I do what Alex suggested except that when the Visual Basic Editor is open I press F2 (View → Object Browser) which allows you to er, browser all the different Office Objects.
If you select an object/method/property and press F1 the Office Help will open.
