Hi,I searched the forum for similar problems. I found some , but none of them gave me the solution I was looking for. I am new to Admin. For testing purposes I installed both the server and client on the same machine. Actually I installed client (R6) first and after couple of days I installed server. When I try to start the server I gtr the error sescribed in the Subject line above. Can som oe help?

I would re-install things and put your Domino and Notes data in separate directories. There is a way to do this with a couple entries in notes.ini, but it’s really best to keep them separate, with their notes ID’s in each of their separate data directories (e.g, C:\Lotus\Domino\Data and C:\Lotus\Notes\Data).
