Can you please let us know your environment like Windows or MAC and Visualizer Version(Starter or Enterprise). Also check for the .cloud or .fp/cloud folder is exist in your work space or not.

Please share the VizData logs for further investigation.

Thanks for your support. My environment is Windows and Enterprise version. .cloud folder is present in workspace.

I restarted the visualizer and the problem was resolved. Could you please tell what is fp zip dir? Why it is causing such error?
