When I am opening my person document of names.nsf in Web

When I am opening my person document of names.nsf in Web and clicking on “Edit person” button , I am getting the below error. it is fine Client.

HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Entry not found in index

This is happening on All servers (prod, test,dev)

Please help me…
