We had someone rename a couple of the Groups in the main address book… and in the name they included a forward slash… like Managers/Directors . I sent out a test email and had people reply when they got it. I received replys from people that werent’ even on the list… any ideas on what actually transpired at the time of mail routing?
PS - we have since renamed those groups.
