What would be the syntax of a "forward all mail to x@y.com" rule?

I am stumped here. We have a user who is wanting to forward all mail to a blackberry and I tried “All Documents” send copy to x@y.com. I see you cant use wildcards, and I would rather not use the To: or CC: option as the user has a few domains.
