I need to understand something. Last week, our Internet Provider experienced a problem, the result: no incoming e-mail for two days. They succeed saving our incoming e-mails and when their problem were solved, they send us all of our e-mails.
It is at this point that I must understand what append. For each incoming e-mail, my Domino server refused the e-mail and return a response to the sender like this:
Fwd: DELIVERY FAILURE: Error transferring to DOMFPPQ1/FPPQ mail.box; Maximum hop count exceeded. Message probably in a routing loop.
Any idea?
My setup look like this:
2 domino servers
the first server received the e-mail and forward it to my second server with a connection document.
