I’m having a server with around 300 accounts. I’ve always have the error message with the title: “NSD” and the message asked me to memorize a path to a log file in : c:\Domino\data\IBM_support…{something}…log
Every time this message appear, my server console is locked, untouchable. I had to turn off the server console (By kill it’s process) then restart the server.
What 's happening? Any help would be appreciated.

If you look at your NSD file, you should be able to find out what the problem is.
There is a manual somewhere on this forum that tells you how to read a NSD file.
Here are some quick steps you can do, if this doesn’t work you have to find the complete manual.
Open NSD file in notepad.
Search for the word “FATAL”
Copy the last 9 chars from the threadcode xxxx:xxxx
Search for the threadcode until you find the table with NativeTID/VirtualTID and PrimaleTID
Copy the PrimalTID code
Search for that code.
Now you will find the thread that’s as made your server stop. Look at it and it will revael the task and database.
