What Notes clients (and bitness) are supported by Domino Server 14?
Can I still use 32bit clients to connect to a Domino 14 server?

32 bit notes client would work just as well (of a lower version of course) . It just means v14 does no longer offers 32 bit client.

Yes, 32-bit Notes client can indeed be used to access a Domino V14 server.
The recommendation is that the template to the application or mailbox being access be with a version no higher than the Notes version.
