If I send a meeting request to someone, and they reply back with the “Request Info” button and click send…I get there message. When I reply back to this message, I would think that my reply would be saved someone. I can’t find it anywhere, not it “Sent” items, not kept in original calendar mtg.Anyone know if this conv. is saved?
Subject: RE: I think they are response documents to the main calendar document in the “All Calendar Entries” view.
Hi ALan,Thanks for the response. I did check here first, unfortunately these replies do not show up here. I tested with another user and got the same results.
What results do you get? Create a new mtg with someone, the can except it, but have them click on the button within the mtg lebeled “Request info” and send. You will receive this email and have records of this conv., but the sender will not. THe same goes if you reply back to this first conv., send back and you will no have records of your sent info.
I just tested with a colleague. In the screen shot below, you can see the Declined Response Document. If I open that document, I can see what he wrote.
Sounds like a good blog topic!

Hi Alan, I too can read what the other person wrote. What happens when you reply to that declined document? In my case, what I wrote is no were to be found.
I can see what others send me, I have no traces of what I send.
" What happens when you reply to that declined document?" Ah, now I see. When you respond to the Decline/Acceptance, it is not part of the “calendar invite chain”, it is now just a normal email. So unless you used Send and File, I don’t think you’ll have a record of your response.
