I’ve got a user that scheduled their OOO agent leaving today and returning on the 27th. A 3 day span. Right after they enabled their agent they get the welcome back message. Why?
Subject: Welcome back message displays immediately
The only thing that comes to mind…What does the date on their PC clock say? (also check the time zone).
