We have a Group called “Customer Care”,one Member of this Group is a Mail-In-DB called “Customer_Care”.
On one of our old Servers (R 5.0.8) this is no Problem, but on our new Servers (R 6.5.1)I get an error Message “Groups cannot be nested more than 20 levels deep when mailing”.
It seems that the server makes no difference between “Customer Care” and “Customer_Care”
Searching the Forum I found that there are several Problems with R6 and Underscores.
So, when a mail is aimed to Customer_Care, the mail is sent to Customer Care or what ? I understand your problem because this is the way Domino is working. (Unless you configure your server to match the exact case!).
Otherwise, why not changing the name of the group but keeping the one of the mail-in db?
Thanks for your Response.Customer_Care and Customer Care seem to be the same for the Server, he is trapped in a loop because the Mail-In DB “Customer_Care” is a Member of the Group “Customer Care”.
How can I configure the server to match the exact case?
