Weird iNotes problems: Wrapping and missing characters in address

I’m having a couple problems with iNotes. First, some emails that come in do not wrap, and others do. It’s not critical, but it’s annoying when you have to scroll really far right just to read the email! Second, sometimes only the first few characters of the from address are visible in the from field until you open up the email. I was hoping that 6.0.1 would fix this, but it hasn’t. Any ideas?

Subject: Weird iNotes problems: Wrapping and missing characters in address

I’ve had the same problem with 6.0.1. I’ve had it logged with support for many weeks, but have done some digging. For the non-wrapping messages, if I look in the field properties of these messages with the client, they are sent in Plain Text and have

‘Content-Transfer-Encoding:quoted-printable content-class:urn:content-classes:message’ in the info at the top of the body (in the body field).

I can also see ‘=’ placed within the body of the text (when I look at the body field).

The IT person from the sending organization tells me that they are using MS Outlook 2000 on MS Exchange 2000. Some messages from this site come in MIME format and they read fine.

I cannot duplicate when I try to send inbound from my personal (external) MS Outlook 2000 on MS Exchange 2000.

If I get to the bottom of this, I will let you know.
