I am having problem in accessing the mails through the web mail.If users are opening their mail boxes on internet exploer the problems which i am facing are as follows:-1)They are not getting the icons like new memo,forward etc.
2)there is an error while loding the images “Java Applet Failed to Load”.
IS this is a Internet exploer’s problem,if yes then please guide me to how to come out of this problem.
Note:This problem is coming only on "Internet Explorer Version 6.0 2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519
Clipher Strength 128 Bit.
Updated Version SP2" only with OS Windows XP not with any other OS’s.

Yes, this is a problem with IE. Have you checked if you got Java installed and if it is active in the properties of IE??

I have checked that This problem is only on those machine in which there is no Microsoft Vertual Machine Installed in Internet Explorer Properties.And No such Option is available in Windows XP Machine Inbuild internet Explorer.
Pls. sugest how can i get This option Available Microsoft VM in Internet Explorer Properties.

Convert the desighn of the mail file from MailR6 to inotes6 load convert mail\mailfilename.nsf * inotes6.ntf
This should solve the problem of fwding and replying to a mail
