Webmail on Macintosh problem

Hi,

we have got some macintosh users with the following problem:

When a user tries to reply to a mail (using webmail, browser doesn’t matter…we tried it with several browsers) he get’s the following error:

“You are not allowed to modify environment variables.”

The mail template is NOT modified, it’s the standard one from Lotus.

Any ideas?

Hi Stephen,

we are using Mac OS 10.3.5 with IE 5.2.3 / Mozilla 1.6
