Webmail Error: You have insufficient rights for /mail/xx user

I have created a new user in domino.Now When I try to login via webmail , it works fine.But if i try to login again next time, it give error like below.

Cn=myusername/O=MYCOMP, you have insufficient rights for /mail/myusername.nsf?OpenDatabase. Please login with a username and password which has sufficient rights.

Now I cannot login to webmail, it worked for the first time. How to allow access to webmail for this users ???

(All other user’s webmail is working fine, only my user is facing this problem )

Dumb question: Have you confirmed the ACL has the appropriate entries/rights for this user? Is the user listed as the mail file owner?
