I don’t quite understand “without editing the link”.You can compose the link (lookup to DD by user name for the mail file);

You can also create a view with links (URLs) to all user mail files.

There are other options, but all require a little application for redirecting.

Try to Create Database from template “Domino Web Access Redirect”

Sorry for misunderstandig.

What I meant is:

Currently each user is using a personalized link to check his email. For example: If I want to check my email (webmail) I have in MY FAVORITES a link to www.sitename.com/mail/username.nsf

Each user has his own personalized email.

BUT, we are making an intranet in PHP. And we are thinking in offer a link to mail for each user. But I need a “generic” link, to allow each user go there, type username and password and get inside his mailbox.

better? :slight_smile:

I am understanding this?

Option 1: You want a direct web address that shows you ALL the mail files and lets you select one?

Option 2: You’re looking to directly display the contents of the mail directory.

Option 3: I’m not understanding the question.

Answer 1: You could create a “secret” web page with DB links to all the mail files, make it ONLY accessible by you and ONLY by SSL, and turn off your history, cache and other functions so that anyone who sits at or steals your system couldn’t find the link. This would be VERY risky for your domain, and I would heartily recommend you NOT DO THIS.

Answer 2: No Domino web admin in his right mind allows directory browsing of the mail even for authenticated users. That’s BEGGING for trouble. You can see directories in web admin, but not open them without a direct link. Many domains turn off web admin.

Answer 3: I ask you to clarify your question. :slight_smile:
