Webmail Auth Issues

A while ago we posted a repsonse to a user that had the same issue. http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd6forum.nsf/DateAllThreadedWeb/FF144A4A7CC0337585256F5B0012CDA9?OpenDocument&login

We are still not able to use Webmail with the error “Your session has expired. Please retry the current operation after you reauthenticate”.

Users type in our iNotes URL (via SSLVPN) and can login ok, they can get to the welcome screen, but when they click on mail - Inbox they get the following error message:

“Your session has expired. Please retry the current operation after you reauthenticate”.

The SSLVPN guys have suggested the following, however I am unable to locate this information - where can this be found? “The problem appears to be due to the request call with the query parameter s_GetServerTime from XMLHTTP object, the data is in xml format, but the type is set to text/html, so the xml parser fails. The recommendation is to change the response type for this request to text/xml in your server”.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Firebird browser works fine without a issue.

I’m having the same problem with 6.5.3 server. Interestingly enough I’m having the trouble with Firefox 1.0.3, but it works fine in IE6/XP/SP2.
