Web Session Time Out

Hi,

I have an web application which is running on R7 server. Most of the user is facing problem of web session expired when they dont work on the browser for sometime, In server document session time is set to 480 min. but session expired in 5-10 min.

Is there any way to increase the session time, so that user should not logged again if they keep browser on hold for sometime.

Any help will be appreciated.
