It seems that Domino is missing a web-enabled self-registration app. It really needs this for web-site and intranet development. The basic features of “new registration”, “lost password”, “lost username”, “edit acct info” would be good. It would be great to have an acct info form that has user conformable fields that could get written into the notes directory…well, won’t get into features here but…
Many of the features needed are in the notes.net registration program, but it requires
so much code customization, that it would not be good for “release” with Domino.
Our developer modified the notes.net one for our sue, but it sure seems this is a big oversight for Domino.
If any of you admins out there support me on this, let’s push for it…
