Hi Everyone, I have just started with a new company and they are in the middle of a re-dev/re-hash of their internet software/monitoring etc. They currently use NetTracker 3.5, needless to say that NetTracker is now at 7.5 or close to that… NetTracker seemed to do a good job of monitoring things for Apache but know they need to monitor Domio Web through ILWWCM as well…
I would like to hear from other people about their experiences with Web monitors and what they would recommend/not recommend and Paying for the software is not a prob(within reason).
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Workflo Systems (my company) has developed a very effective Domino Web Log Analysis tool called Workflo!Log Analyzer (WLA). WLA is 100% Notes Domino so it can understand the rather criptic Domino URL. WLA takes the URl and decomposes it to determine the actual Database/View and Document hit. It then returns actual information from the document to identify it. You can create an identifier document that specifies what field/s to return. In addition WLA is open design so that you can create your own views etc to represent the information in the most practical way for your situation. You can download a free 30 day demo from our site at http://www.wfs.com, or call at 780 463-2406, or send an email.

Before you consider purchasing Workflo!Log Analyzer for your web log analysis, I would like to share my experience.
My company has used this product successfully for about 2 years. Initially, good support, good product. We found a bug on 11/14/2004 where it can’t process certain types of hits. The bug causes their log analyzer agent to fail(obj var not set error). I sent them the log, they said they would look into it. I have been asking for an update for the past 5 MONTHS and have yet to receive a response. I thought they went out of business until I saw that Bill (the one I have been e-mailing) responded to your posting.
