Web Login - works with redirection but not direct

hi!

i configured the WebMailRedirect from IRIS SANDBOX to have access for my users via webmail. it works pretty perfect.

but:

when i try to open a database (even a mail-db) directly out of the browser, i get the login-screen again and again anad again…

for example, when i try to open the url

i’m prompted for username+pwd (it’s the login-prompt of DOMCFG). when i enter my login information, i see that page again. and again. and again.

this happens to ANY database i’ll try to access.

any idea?

Make sure you have Anonymous in the ACL of the databases you wish to access and that Anonymous is set to NO ACCESS.

it is set.if it would not, NO login form would appear at all.

Check if you have single sign on enabled

If so, you must supply the FULL FQDN (with domain) in the URL - otherwise you will get the symptoms you mention.
