Hello All
When testing the web chat sametime 12.0.1FP1, I noticed this situation.
I am chatting and at some point my chat becomes empty and does not allow me to write anything.
I update the page and my user changes. I see the correspondence of another user and can already write from his name.
If you log out and re-login under your account, then everything continues to work fine.
Have any of you encountered this problem?

Tell me more about how you are testing? Same machine/multiple browser tabs, etc?
This isn't something we've encountered in our internal testing or usage.
Might be best if we open a case.
The computers are on the same network.
The first user works on one computer.
The second user works on another computer.
I am the first user to chat and at some point the chat page becomes empty.
I press F5 to refresh the page and instead of my chat page, the chat of the second user becomes open.
Please open a case so we can work with you.
