Web agent not running

If I click on Agent/Test in the designer client on the server, I get this text :

The truncated line appears exactly as shown. My name is in all of the “R6Test” server document agent security settings to allow running of restricted agents.

I need to know if the message I am getting refers to who is logged in at the server (usually the serverID) or who is ‘logged in’ to the browser, i.e. the effective Notes user name.

Any help gratefully received

Subject: Web agent not running

There is a good explanation of how web agent security works in “Troubleshooting agents in R6” article in Agent FAQ. From the way you phrased your question, I think it is best to read the article that covers how it works (you referral to agent being logged in as “server”).

As far as the message in the Agent Test, it tells you how you are logged into the CLIENT when you running the test. And it says that Clifford Green does not have rights on ‘CN=R6Test/OU=London/O=XXX’
