This may be the wrong place to ask, but bear with me.
Im searching for a project management tool. Right now we are using a simple architecture consisting of views and documents in a database. In other words we are just writing our comments into a database.
I dont need a huge tool, spanning several systems. I need a standalone tool capable of handling various projects for various employees. The key features here is practicality and scalabality.
-
I should be able to access the tool through Notes.
-
I need some cross reference list of external users and their affiliations with our organisation.
-
I need to able to track a single developers (or a group of developers) current workload in some shape or form, a gant-chart perhaps.
-
I need a tool to make some very basic UML charts and analyzis - but that has to be an extra option.
-
I need a reporting tool to help a developer group track and handle posted errors from a user group.
-
I need to able to print monthly reports to the management.
-
I may need further features, but i cant think of them right now…
There it is - it may not exists, but i would be very gratefull to hear any suggestions you have.
With regards
Jacob Hansen

Now we are getting somewhere.
It seems like a really good management system, but i’d love to have this kind of system as open source.
We are a pretty dynamically development team, we would eventually want to make minor or mayor changes in allmost any system.
