VSI-Fax for Notes and ReplyTo field

This isn’t specifally Notes or Domino related, but I can’t find any information anywhere else and I’m hoping someone here might be able to help. I have a Notes agent that batch sends notifications to customers via VSI-Fax at intervals. I want the delivery confirmations to go back to the person who keyed the request. I have tried setting the ReplyTo, From and Principal fields but the faxes still come from the agent signer.

Does anyone know how VSI-Fax determines who to use as the sender?

see yr agent security settings on tab 2, is it set to run with credentials of user or signer?

There is no “run on behalf of specified”. This is a scheduled agent on a server so as far as I know it will always run as the signer.

Did you ever find a solution? I’m looking to customize the cover sheets that I send out via an agent.

Do you know how to do that?
