Hi everybody,
is VoltMX Iris supported on macOS Sequoia?
I get the following error when starting Iris:
"The Program could not be opened".
When starting from Terminal I get the following:
The application cannot be opened for an unexpected reason, error=Error Domain=RBSRequestErrorDomain Code=5 "Launch failed." UserInfo={NSLocalizedFailureReason=Launch failed., NSUnderlyingError=0x6000028a80f0 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=162 "Unknown error: 162" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Launchd job spawn failed}}}
Any solution or advice?
Greetings
Florian
Hi Florian,
Volt Iris is not officially supported on Sequoia yet. What version of Iris did you face this issue on? 9.2.x? 9.5.x? Also, what chipset is your Mac running?
Cheers!

Hi Florian,
Are you running an Intel or Apple Silicon chipset? Which version? If running the M-series chips, do you have Rosetta installed? Is this a new installation, or was it an existing setup working before the OS update?

Hi Souvik,
Apple Silicon (M1 Pro). Rosetta is installed.
I uninstalled Iris and did a new install after the OS Update.
Iris launched one time (after the install) and I could install the update to FP36.
After that it can't be launched anymore.
