Viualizer is getting crashed everytime i am trying to open the same , please find the attached crash logs. Quick response in this regards will be appreciated

Please provide some additional information.

1) Version?

2) Was it working earlier? Did it start crashing after any version update?

3) Can you attach konyplugins.xml from workspace if you have it?

I am running on version 8 service pack 2 and fix pack 2. I have tried on version 8.4 as well and it still crashes.

Based on the logs shared by you we see the below lines in it.

2019-02-21 15:17:22,627 - Velocimacro : "velocimacro.library" is not set. Trying default library: VM_global_library.vm

2019-02-21 15:17:22,690 - Velocimacro : Default library not found.
