Can you please confirm your Visualizer version details and share us the VizData logs from the C:\Users\xxx\Kony Visualizer\vizdata in windows, Users\Kony Visualizer\vizdata in MAC location.

Please try deleting .cache file which is present in Visualizer installation folder and try launch the Visualizer again. If you still face the same issue, please attach the above requested log files for further analysis.
