Viewer does not work after Docs 2.0.2 upgrade

Hi,

we upgraded one CNX7 system from Docs 2.0 to 2.0.2 without any issues except that Viewer and thumbnail generation does not work. (Editing in Docs works fine.)

Docs and Conversion server logs are clean. I double checked all cfg.properties and cfg.node.properties install files as well as all json files in IBMDocs-config and there is nothing suspicious. Any idea what else to check?

Fixed via HCL support. The problem was that for an unknown reason, two parameters in viewer-config.json were blank although they were set in Viewer/config.properties during upgrade:
